Where to appeal: the official route for each decision

Most old appeal-form links are dead. Here's where each decision is appealed now.

Meta moved almost every appeal inside the apps. Old forum links to standalone forms mostly land on the Help Center home page now. Use this table to find the right door.

Your situation	Official route
Instagram disabled or suspended	Log in to the account and follow the on-screen review. Reference: About disabled Instagram accounts.
Instagram post removed	Settings, then Account Status, then the removed item, then Request a review.
Instagram hacked	instagram.com/hacked. This is recovery, not an appeal.
Facebook suspended or disabled	Log in; the suspension screen carries the appeal. Reference: Facebook disabled account help.
Facebook hacked	facebook.com/hacked.
Ad account, Page, Business Portfolio	Business Support Home: Account status overview, then Request review.
You're in the EU and the internal appeal failed	Appeals Centre Europe (independent, free for users). See our ACE guide.

Red flags

Any "appeal form" reached from a DM, ad or comment.
Any page that asks for your password or a login code. Meta's real appeals never do.
Domains that aren't instagram.com, facebook.com, meta.com or business.facebook.com.

Can't find the button?

No "Disagree" option: see no option to appeal.
Stuck on "under review": see account under review.
The login fails before you reach the notice: that's a login or hack problem, not an appeal problem.

The narrow Instagram forms

Instagram still lists a couple of contact forms for specific cases, such as accounts disabled after repeated intellectual property reports, or ID confirmation. They aren't general appeal forms. Read the first paragraph of any form before you use it.

Is there an Instagram appeal form link?

Not a general one for disabled accounts. Instagram's help center says to log in and follow the on-screen review.

Is there a phone number for Meta appeals?

No public appeal line exists. Meta Verified subscribers can reach chat and sometimes callback support.
